Amanda's main goal as the creator of Admin on the go is to help Maintenance professionals experience a smooth implementation, training and managing of a CMMS. A Computerized Maintenance Management System is a database of information about an organization's maintenance operations.A CMMS helps determine which machines require maintenance and which storerooms contain the spare parts needed, helps management make informed decisions like calculating the cost of machine breakdown repair versus preventive maintenance for each machine, possibly leading to better allocation of resources. CMMS data may also be used to verify regulatory compliance. Manually, this requires a tremendous amount of effort and time which can be avoided with a CMMS.

Amanda has been working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for 7 years, implementing and training teams all over the world in many industries including automotive, food and beverage, life sciences, facilities, manufacturing, oil & gas, education, fleet, hospitality, airports, government, healthcare, pharmaceutical, warehouses, federal agencies and many more. She is extremely knowledgable and passionate about the Maintenance and Reliability world, and has been known to have much patience with teams that are not the most tech savvy, She is extremely professional, while making the process comfortable and relaxed enough for everyone to benefit from a CMMS, and learn as much as possible to save time and money, while being as successful  as possible in their roles. 

Amanda has been creating many connections in the Maintenance and Reliability Community, while on site with her Maintenance clients and felt their struggles and pain points. Many companies would like to invest in a CMMS but don't know where to start. Not only do Maintenance professionals not know where to start. They don't know what they need, what CMMS to use, what to say during implementation, how to train the software, what their training materials should look like and also, no one has the time! Amanda would like to take all of this off of the head engineer/maintenance managers hands. She knows how many other projects and priorities you have. She will start with the basics, stay as long as you need, and make sure your team is set up for success. Instead of hiring a full time admin or using your Maintenance Managers precious time, Amanda will be your admin on the go!
